Having been derelict and uninhabited for over 50 years, the Union Street house was almost completely demolished before this complete transformation by Kate Symons. The build was a work in progress, with details being finalised along the way in collaboration with the owner, including the interiors. Beautiful features of the build are the zinc cladding, super white stone, louvres and the use of recycled brick and Mafi oak flooring throughout.
