Located in Flinders Lane, Melbourne CBD, the Sargood House was redesigned by Woods Marsh architects in 1996 with a sophisticated industrial feel. BTB worked to refresh the space and maximise the spacious split level floor plan. Adding luxurious features such as a modernist island bench in the kitchen that cantilevers to become the dining table, steel framed floor to ceiling bathroom doors and Italian joinery.
